Cambridge: Modern, spacious house in residential location close to city centre

  • 35RockRoad offers luxurious, modern accommodation in a quiet, residential road. It is in the perfect location for visiting Cambridge city centre with its beautiful colleges and great shopping. But also for access to Addenbrookes Hospital, various science parks, the Botanic Gardens, multiple language schools, Cherry Hinton Hall park and the train station.
    We have implemented all recommendations of the Professional Association of Self-Caterers UK regarding cleaning measures related to Covid-19. We are also able to send you our manual in pdf format in advance. Contactless check-in is available too.

    Furthermore, we have adopted a 'relaxed' cancellation policy to help you plan your stay at minimum risk.

The area also boasts several good quality restaurants, a cinema, fitness centre and a ten pin bowling alley. The train station is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus (bus stops are within minutes of the property). The City Centre, Addenbrooke's Hospital, several language schools, Cherry Hinton Hall park and various science parks are all within easy reach.
