Pass the Keys | 19th Century Barn with Free Parking

Welcome to my beautifully decorated and recently renovated 19th Century fruit drying barn. Our self contained barn with modern amenities is a perfect place for a group of up to 3 people looking to study, work or relax in Cambridge. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but within easy reach of shops, eateries, and museums, with quick transport links into the city centre of Cambridge on your doorstep.

You will find a super trendy home inside this 19th century barn, containing exceptional modern comforts. The open plan living/dining area is complete with a super comfy sofa bed for one adult or 2 kids able to sleep comfortably, a TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime available!) and super fast Wifi. The house provides a well kitted out kitchen, allowing you to cook your own meals, adding to the home away from home experience!

WARNING: Our bedroom is a little quirky with a sloping roof. This may cause issues if you are tall as you will not be able to stand up straight on the sides. In the centre it is approx. 185cm (6ft) tall. So there is limited head space in the bedroom.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire barn and will not be disturbed during their stay.

The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay.

- We do not allow parties, events or gatherings of any kind and have sensitive neighbours
- Check in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check-out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule
- Baby Travel Cot is available upon request. An additional charge of £50 will apply if you were to hire for your stay.
-Sofa Bed is available in the lounge to use and is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children. We provide linen for an additional cost of £75.00 for the length of stay. Please request and pay for during your booking, for us to arrange delivery of linen prior to your stay.
- Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys – please be careful with them.
- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with remote access details
- Mid-stay cleaning/linen can be organized on request for an additional charge, and required for longer stays up to 30 days.
- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher and washing tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there is a Local supermarket minutes away.

WHO IS PASS THE KEYS?

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
