Relax and enjoy this refurbished flat located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. It has been thoughtfully furnished and decorated throughout with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and enjoyable stay here in Cambridge.

An ideal location for business, family, and leisure stays. Features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy lounge with Smart TV, super fast wifi over 250Mbps, a lovely private garden space, bike storage and free parking. Close to the River Cam, Science Park, Cambridge North station and transport into the city.

SLEEPING:
Main Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with wardrobe and a Smart TV
Second Bedroom: 1 x Double Size Bed with closet and hanging space.
Main bathroom with walk in shower. Each bedroom has bath and hand towels for each guest, and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.

CHILLING:
Spacious lounge with bay window and a Smart TV with an Amazon Fire Stick and Freeview TV channels, to select your favourite Streaming App or Local TV channel. Your own private garden and a patio area with seating. There is also a workdesk to work from home, and a super fast wifi connection over 250Mbps.

EATING:
The modern kitchen is generously sized, and kitted out for home dining. Use of appliances include an oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Smaller appliances include a microwave, toaster, and kettle. There is also a washing machine available for personal use.

PARKING:
There is free on street parking in front of the property that is available for guests to use. This is a quiet street so generally no problem finding a parking space.

OUT AND ABOUT:
Located just off Milton Road and a short walk to Chesterton Road and the River Cam, it is a short 8 minute drive into the city centre. Many local restaurants and pubs within walking distance, and good transport link around the corner into the city and to local attractions.

There is a local Budgens or Co-Op supermarket (5 mins walk) and a local cafe. There is a small park and kids playground 3 mins walk. Buses are available around the corner on Milton Road Road taking you direct into the City centre, Cambridge train station and Addenbrookes hospital. Our home is the perfect stay for all occasions.

I won’t be around in person during your stay, however I have help managing my Airbnb with a professional co-host of Airbnb. My home is professionally cleaned and the linen/towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay.

There is also remote self check-in to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Please refer to our Guest manual that we send to you, for contact details.

Guests have full, exclusive and private use of my entire home and will not be disturbed during their stay.
The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required.

- Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire at a cost of £50, or £30 each on their own. Please request during your booking for delivery to property prior to your stay.
- Please remove shoes while inside the property and leave in entrance hall.
- We provide basic toiletries for your stay. We also provide a washing-up pack, dishwasher tablets and washing pods, toilet rolls and a kitchen roll. If more is needed during your stay there is a nearby supermarket minutes away.
- This is our home in Cambridge, please care for it as you would your own.

Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties like mine. This means my home is professionally maintained and cleaned after each stay. You will sleep and stay knowing they guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. They also provide 24/7 guest support and a locally personalized service before and during your stay.

The locally based team of Pass the Keys® in Cambridge have personally inspected my home and certify it has met the Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
