Poorly managed apartment

Terrible experience checking in as no instructions to enter property or name on gate. No answer on phone number. Resident let us through but no reception desk . Took us to unmarked caretaker door. I had arranged check in as requested and arrived on time. No English spoken by Joanna. Got to apartment and not like the photos. Kitchen was like student place with lots of things missing even to make drinks. 2 mugs!!! The bed had a very thin mattress that caused us dead arm and leg as so uncomfortable. I texted contact number and they said Joanna had to sort me out. I compiled a list then got google to translate and texted her it. She did bring more crockery etc. I had 2 small plates only No washing up bowl or sink plug. Not enough crockery to use dishwasher!!! Apartment setting very good for beach and restaurants . The pool was lovely and no noise at bedtime. Cambrils is a great resort. The apartment needs an information booklet as there was nothing . Did get wi fi code from text request. I didn’t book privately but with you Hotels . Com and you have no support and for that reason I don’t recommend staying here. We stayed 7 nights.

Ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de la playa. Zonas comunes amplias y cuidadas, destacando el tamaño de la piscina. Apartamento limpio, con todo lo necesario. Destaca la climatización por conductos en salón y habitaciones, así como la amplia terraza con vistas a la piscina y el mar. Ideal para ir con niños. Mejorable el no tener persianas y que las cortinas no tapan completamente la entrada de luz del sol.
