"I liked the room with the Queen Bed and view of the shops on Chestnut street. The front desk attendant and security staff were attentive and professional. The hotel is walking distance to city hall. "

"I’m only given 4 star to the staff is because the contraction workers were more nicer than the people that did the check In also a nice gentleman that works there helped us when we got in the wrong elevator."

"Nothing wrong with hotel, except we were needing to make coffee in our room before our 3am Shuttle pick up. The coffee filter cartridge was the incorrect size for the machine in our room so we were not able to use it. Disappointed not to have our coffee to go, especially as the lobby did not start the morning coffee service until 6am. Other than that all was good. Nice, bright and clean, very friendly staff. "
