"Pikes Peak Inn was everything it advertised it was and more. We were within walking distance to downtown, all the shops and so many restaurants to choose from. Eli, our room attendant was such a sweetheart! I needed extra pillows, and she appeared immediately. The rooms were renovated and spotless. If you want a convenient, well kept, very clean place to stay, Pikes Peak Inn is your place to stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect for us, especially since we were in Manitou Springs to hike the Manitou Incline. Being able to walk to the Incline without worrying about parking or taking the bus was a huge plus.The house was very clean and comfortable, as was the hot tub. We especially loved spending time on the front porch, listening to Ruxton Creek and watching the people and traffic go by.Having a full kitchen and laundry was also incredibly convenient. The house is older with an interesting history, yet beautifully updated.Jean was wonderful, and her communication was excellent! We felt very comfortable and wouldn't hesitate to stay at this house again if we return to Manitou Springs someday. Highly recommend, especially if you're planning to hike the Incline!"

"The property was perfect for our entire family of four generations to reconnect after several years. We had plenty of bedrooms and several common areas to spread out. Much time was spent on the front porch, and we enjoyed evenings out by the fire pit. Having it within walking distance of the shops, brewery and ice cream was the icing on the cake.The communication before and during our stay was excellent and the check-in was effortless. Some mentioned that the wifi was slow, but I stayed on data and had no problems. Parking passes were provided for parking out back on the street, but the predatory towing guy got a little too excited. He tried to tow us as we were unpacking the bags. My one recommendation would be to number the bedrooms to align with the floorplan provided and list the bed size in the room. Pictures should note what bedroom number it is. We tried our best to look at pictures and the floorplan to figure out where each bedroom was located and the bedding. Thank you for a great time that we'll all remember!"

"This was a great place to stay for our family of four! It’s enough on the edge of Manitou that it feels a little remote, while still being close to everything there is to do in the Colorado Springs area. The cottage was comfortable and clean with ample space.We enjoyed the private hot tub several times during our stay. We appreciated the full kitchen and laundry. Being able to make some of our own meals while on vacation helped keep costs down, and washing a load of clothes mid-trip helps keep packing lighter."

"Ideally located for exploring Manitou Springs and the surrounding area, the house was exceptionally comfortable, not to mention absolutely beautiful. We were delighted with how well equipped the kitchen was, how well furnished the rooms were, and how welcoming the outdoor spaces were (especially since we visited during a heat wave and while there was a lot of smoke from fires in the region). Everyone loved the house and are thinking about the next trip to Manitou even if just to stay here again."
