We were very close to both the Manitou Incline (which we did not do ), as well as the Pikes Peak Cog Railway (which we did enjoy!). Everything was very clean and well stocked. Caitlin (the owner) was fantastic! She was very accommodating & responsive to all of our inquiries. Excellent communication throughout! I highly recommend this quaint cottage if you happen to be staying in the Manitou Springs area."
