"The new facilities are well located for foodies and shoppers. We didn't try the breakfast, as we prefer having ours at Silvestre, a great healthy vegan restaurant just steps from the hotel. We didn't explore the spa, but we did use the jacuzzi, which was only warm and never heated properly. The gym equipment was of high quality, although the gym space itself was a bit cramped. Regarding staff, we found them to be somewhat formal; the reception felt quite serious during check-in, almost like a 'robotic' experience. An exception was Andres, the doorman, who was always cheerful and helpful, guiding us to attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a good experience. Note: Please use the lobby's ambient aromatizer sparingly, as it causes a strong chemical sensation in my throat whenever I pass through.
