"Otelde herşey kusursuzca düşünülmüş. Otelin lokasyonu boğazın en güzel yerlerinden. Rahatlıkla tüm gününüzü otelde boğaza karşı oturarak geçirebilirsiniz. Yetişkin oteli olmasından dolayı sakin ve huzurlu. Çalışanlar çok eğitimli ve ilgili. Yönetim çok ilgili.Özellikle italyan restoranı çok yeterli. Kahvaltısı çok yeterli. Odalar çok temiz ve konforlu. "

"Booked 2 rooms. One room smelled of smoke, shower door broken, mould in shower, noisy neighbourhood as no double glazed windows. Fridge did not work in the other room. "

"It was an average and decently clean place to stay. Nothing special, nothing terrible. The service was average. We had breakfast included and came an hour before the end time, but the eggs, potatoes and bread were all finished, the dishes were finished for drinks and so we didn’t have much to eat. They did go get more bread, but the eggs and potatoes and other hot sides were out. I asked if they could make more as the breakfast buffet was still an hour longer but they said it was finished. But...

"No elevators. The bathrooms are too small (4.75' x 4.75') with no cloth hanging options when you are in the shower. I reserved a two-twin room, but was given a queen bed instead. One of the staff members (he called himself the manager of the property) was unwilling to help with anything. Denied a second access key to the room when requested."
