"Inside of the room pictures look better than in real life. Definitely could use some TLC. Room was clean, but dated and the area is just ok. I wouldn’t stay there as a solo traveler. Lots of places nearby to eat though. "

"Beautiful home in a great location for visiting the National Parks and having some down time with the family. We had everything we needed including beach chairs and toys. 100% recommend staying here if you’re in the Miami area. "

"I rented this home for a Wedding that was hosted at Villa Toscana, which is about a 12 min drive. The house was perfect for housing family and was also used for staging the items needed for the wedding (alcohol, table cards, decorations, etc). My daughter and her brides maids made use of the very large master bedroom and bath to get ready for the wedding (Makeup and hair). We also had preteen kids at the house and they loved the pool, pickleball court and basketball hoop. The house had a single minor issue, but the host management company jump on it quickly and had it sorted out. If you need a comfortable home, with plenty of space to spread out, then this is the house for you. "

"We rented this property a month before we were traveling to Miami. Day before our check in I text the property owner about not receiving any information to enter the property and many hours later they responded us saying that the booking is cancelled because they had problem with the swimming pool and they will refund our full money ( which we did not get) but only recieved a partial refund with no other communication. Again I ask them and their response is plain nothing. I also recieved a separate email from Expedia which basically explained me that they property owner accidentally did double booking and that is why they cancelled ours. With 10 people on a day before our checkin i was in key west looking for a new place to live and ended up paying extra money for that. Ofcourse they didn’t even refund fully the original amount not sure i should expect anything extra on top of it. Such an unprofessional service i received from the property owner and the Expedia."

"I celebrated my wedding here. Since the beginning, they stated there was a fee associated with the event and I accepted. When they sent the payment link, I paid, and there were a total of over 1000 in fees. I asked if all fees were paid and if there was anything I owed, they confirmed everything was already set. The day of my wedding, they texted me stating I must pay 1500 for the event, even when I asked numerous times if I was missing any payment. The communication here is horrible, I spoke to at least 4 different people that had no idea what they were doing. The place was beautiful and beyond expected, but not as clean as you would expect for the cleaning feed we paid for. There were used toilets that were not flushed, water stains in bathroom sinks and faucets, and even a dead cockroach in one of the bedrooms. When I told whoever was responding my texts, the basically implied I was making it up, claiming they had pictures from the housekeeping team that demonstrated otherwise. I never saw these pictures and I did send them all the uncleaned aspects of the house. Again, beautiful place and many activities to do, just horrible communication and outrageous fees when the cleaning wasn’t up to par. "
