For the Property, I did like how it looked. I like that it was very convenient to the adjacent shopping mall where there were access to fast food restaurants in addition to regular restaurants. But once I was in my room, I noticed several issues. First one was the phone receiver, which had electrical tape wrapped around it holding it together. Second issue was it appeared to look like a burn hole of some sort caused by either a cigarette or something hot that burned a hole through the bed covering. The third issue was the desk lamp was broken. The fourth issue was the tall lamp behind the sitting chair appeared to have a lot of residue from either nicotine or some greasy product, which was gross. These issues were brought to the attention to the hotel and After time wasted trying to have it resolved they did the following: replace the Desk lamp, replace the phone, removed the bedding and removed the lamp located behind the sitting chair. Ultimately it was handled with time giving up for them to do this. We were compensated with breakfast for the remaining two days of our stay. I wasn’t too impressed by the breakfast, but since I didn’t have to pay for it. It was fine. It was disappointing since this place was considered a four star, but truly when I walked into this room, it was definitely not 4 star, but more like it was more like a two star hotel.

Felt more like a three star than a four star hotel. Beds not very comfortable, one small pillow per bed, rough, small towels. You have to ask for a key to the gym, per day. Good location, nice room overall.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay—friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were a great size, clean, and very comfortable. We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.
