Serras is a beautiful property in a perfect location, and the front desk staff were amazing. The rooftop pool and view were amazing. Unfortunately, the room experience was underwhelming for a five-star hotel.
The AC didn’t work on my first night, so I slept in the heat. There was debris on the floor when I checked in, and it was still there after housekeeping serviced the room during my two-night stay. The coffee machine spilled grounds everywhere; I left it open for housekeeping to see, but the mess wasn’t cleaned and the coffee pods weren’t replenished.
There was no turndown service on the first night, and I had to ask for water because it wasn’t replenished. I appreciated the front office staff and the property, but I expected much better room maintenance and housekeeping from a five-star hotel.

Wohnung war super sauber und die Terrasse mit dem Pool war perfekt. Der Pool wirkt auf den Bildern auch kleiner als er tatsächlich ist. Wenn man ein Verbesserungsvorschlag hätte, dann lediglich, dass zwei Handtücher für die Balkonliegen vorrätig wären.

"The authenticity of this property with its internal and external courtyards were wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful and helped to book attractions.
