Me and a few friends stayed here for a couple days for a ski trip, and it did not disappoint! House was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. There were plenty of board games and things to do in the house for when we had down time, and the rec center nearby has plenty to do. Kathleen was very helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions, and the check in and check out processes were very straightforward and easy. All in all we were very satisfied and had a great time, highly recommend this property especially if you are going on a trip to one of the many nearby ski mountains!
Our trip to New Hampshire was certainly a favorite. This was our first time and we will certainly be back. The home is a beautiful house with typical “mountain home” problems (namely less then desirable water pressure and completely unable to run multiple water sources at the same time). It wasn’t nearly as bad as that probably sounds and overall, my kids, husband, and I would even stay at the same home again. Our kids loved the multiple bed arrangements (we have 3 but there were 3 bunk beds plus a full size bed— enough to sleep 7 kids essentially) and chose a different bed almost every night. The kitchen has most of the essentials. Overall the property was very clean with an occasional dusty corner to be found. If you’re going to the mountains for a spic and span house, this is not it. But for a family who is likely to be out of the house most of the day nearly every day and are simply looking for a comfortable and safe place to eat dinner and go to bed, this is the place for sure!
The house was prefect for our stay. There are plenty of bunk beds for kids and two queen beds for adults. The location is right very close to the ski areas and the Waterville Estates neighborhood is great for the rec center and pool!Host was very responsive as well.

Great communications from the owner, simple check-in. We had a nice stay, the house is as described. 3 bedrooms downstairs, living space is upstairs. Note there is one TV.
Incredible weekend away in a great home. The house had everything we needed. More seclusion and privacy than we ever expected, yet close enough to everything we needed for the trip. We played golf, disc golf, mountain biking and tubing down the Pemi River all within 20 minutes of the property. Would highly recommend it to anyone!
Kathleen,
Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us we had a wonderful vacation. We appreciate your quick response to our questions. Looking forward to visiting again. Sven, Ali, Maddie,Hanny,Jake&Sadie :)
The house is beautiful and clean. The pictures almost don’t do it justice with all of the nice natural wood paneling. There is plenty of space to spread out. The huge secluded deck is perfect for just enjoying nature and relaxing. The owner is very responsive and nice to work with. We will definitely stay there again
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a perfect size for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped and spacious. The main bed was comfy, as were the couches. Perfect for everyone. We were a little disappointed that to use the amenities, only 2 passes were given for a house that sleeps 10. All others needed to be purchased. They were also running at limited hours. But if you rather be outdoors, this was a great place. We used the grill for dinners and the outdoor seating. On our first night, we were welcomed by a family of bears (mom, dad and 3 cubs). Other things that were great: internet was awesome being it was in a remote area. Overall we had a wonderful time and would recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!
I had a great 3 night stay at this location in Campton. The place made for a comfortable getaway that was quiet, had breathtaking views and a nice trickle of a brook running through the backyard. Communication with Kathleen was clear and prompt! Check-in was a breeze and the lodge was clean and spacious. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
Clean and family friendly, the bunk beds and open living room/kitchen area were a great fit for our family. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfy! Would definitely book again.
It's great basic property with lots of beds. Perfect for a group and kids. Location is convenient to Waterville. Area is very quiet and secluded. This is the second time we've stayed here and it's at the top of my list for our needs.
