"Great location, the hotel was very well maintained. E-bike rental was a bargain at €6 per day and we had so much fun cycling to nearby beaches. The pool is very small, but the roof top terrace is lovely. Some music would have helped with the ambience. The room was clean and well equipped with dressing gowns etc but the open style bathroom didn’t allow for much privacy!"

"We had a mixed experience during our stay. The hotel itself was pleasant, and the receptionist was kind. However, the cleanliness and housekeeping services could be improved. During our stay, items such as the drinking water bottle were not replenished, and used glasses were not consistently collected. The biggest issue we encountered was with the air conditioning. Before our arrival, we specifically contacted an Expedia representative to confirm that the hotel had functioning air conditioning, and we were assured that everything would be fine. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found that the hotel did not have air conditioning available. Additionally, the room was quite small and faced a street with frequent pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Because the room was too warm to sleep comfortably without air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open, which made it difficult to rest due to the noise. We were often awakened early in the morning because of this. Although we appreciated the pleasant service from the front desk upon arrival, we were disappointed that when we later requested a room change or asked to speak with a manager regarding the lack of air conditioning, we were told that nothing further could be done beyond reporting the issue to management. Unfortunately, we stayed for three nights without receiving any resolution or follow-up."

"Well stocked bar, just missing ginger ale. the rooms were excellent clean warm and welcoming (April) diddn't try the AC. The staff couldn't have been any nicer they always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble."

"TV had no signal and could only get radio channels (just about) Shower head leaked spraying water all over bathroom, wrapped a hand towle around head that sorted problem. Above never ruined a very enjoyable stay, room very comfortable "

"Hotel Cort was an amazing property. Staff was very helpful and proffesional. Dinner and drinks were great. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as well. Breakfast was also deliciuos everyday. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Palma."

"Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Was weird to have a (frosted) glass door from bedroom to bathroom/toilet, as the bedroom flooded with light if the bathroom was used - not ideal at night. Would have been more inconvenient had anyone been using the sofa bed in the lounge area, as bathroom access was via the bedroom. TV reception was not good, so we gave up watching the football! Overall, though, a great place to stay and we would recommend it to friends."
