Tu Casa - Your Home away from home

Tu Casa (a.k.a. Your Home) in Puerto Morelos puebla (inland) is a lovely, affordable, modern apartment set in between the edge of the village and the jungle. The apartment is in a three-level building in a secure, gated residential community with free parking and garbage collection. Puerto Morelos is a quiet little village near Cancun, along the main freeway/highway, and a perfect base camp for daily adventures. Tu Casa delivers all the comforts of home paired with nature. The common swimming pool is created in a natural jungle setting, beautiful and perfect for families. There is a shared very shallow children's pool and a larger four-feet deep swimming area decorated with the traditional palapa cabana and natural flora of a tropical forest. The bird song is wonderful! Inside the apartment is air conditioning, many appliances including a toaster, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, and blender for making smoothies. There is a laundry room area for washing by hand using a built-in sink/scrub board and interior clothesline with air-flow. The wifi is strong and consistent. The owner Antonia is a very friendly woman who speaks perfect English. When you arrive to check-in the first day, the gate security will write your name and license plate number (if driving). They don't speak English except a few words, but tell them "Renta casa de vacacione (va-ka-see-O-nay) and the building number and unit letter and you're good to go. Have a great time at Your Home away from home!
