"House of Tugu is the latest hotel from the Tugu Group, which I have frequented many times.
This one is truly the masterpiece... the decor and mood is otherworldly. The room is spacious and very comfy. Breakfast was amazing and I really like their coffee.
Service is something that all Tugu hotels share, always warm, genuine, and caring. To me, this is the perfect weekend getaway hotel."

"the white light around lobby and around the hotel is not calming. the in-room safe was not working. the hotel is due for a refresh and refurbishment. I wish the staff can be more customer oriented and takes more initiative. They are courteous and warm, just lack initiative."
