"The staff is always very helpful and courteous. The hotel is so comfortable and quiet. The location is very convenient and close to shopping, dining and visiting the many churches in the area. The staff has some great recommendations for dining and all are very accommodating for persons who have food restrictions. Their shuttle service is excellent. Thank you for a couple of wonderful days that my husband and I spent in Puebla to celebrate my birthday. This was our third stay and we will most definitely be returning."

"We arrived on a late night and the assigned room wasn’t properly cleaned specifically the bathroom shower and sink, we notified the supervisor next day and she assigned a great housekeeper named Nadia who took care of our cleaning, she was very thoroughly and promptly fixed the problem we were so grateful with her services she was really professional and proud of her work, even though she was assigned to a different area she was always greeting us and asking if everything was going well with our room."
