From the check in to check-out, it was a good experience. Particularly notable were the staff-- the valets, front desk, and consierge-- all pleasant, professional, and helpful. Finally, we were impressed that they have level-2 charging available for our EV. The valets even plugged our car in, soon after our arrival, ensuring it was fully charged when next we needed it--how incredibly thoughtful.

Beautiful room with a view. Amenities were great and location was fabulous. The issue: The parking lot attendant was very nice as the card reader machine was not functioning well. Housekeeping gets an A+...please tell them. All in all...we loved Dallas and our stay.

Great location, superb ambience, and excellent cleanliness. Staff service was top‑notch. However, despite booking an all‑inclusive package with breakfast included, I was still charged for my kids’ breakfast. That experience ruined the stay, and I will not return.
