"Great hotel, staff super friendly, rooms are clean, bed very comfortable. Outside area well maintained, Breakfast was excellent and has an amazing view to Funchal. Parking garage comes handy. I had a little trouble looking for the main entrance, it is on the main road next to a big garage door. If you coming with a car try to find parking on the side street or have someone go inside the hotel and ask main desk to open the garage because you wont be able to park outside and get your bags out. It is a busy street."

"Really loved this stay in Madeira! It seems like the hotel is newly built and because of that it comes with good amenities. Staff were super helpful with our room and we were able to take advantage of the gym and pool! Definitely a nice place to relax at after doing all the Hikes!"

"Reid’s is a beautiful property with multiple pools and diving access to the ocean. Our stay involved changing rooms ( not the hotels fault), and not all rooms are the same. The first room had a walk in shower but the second room had a very slippery tub shower. There was construction going on during our stay that made for noisy afternoons. The food was really good and there are multiple restaurants, however, I would reserve a table in advance of your stay to guarantee your spot at dinner. The service was exceptional."
