We remember these people and the good service they gave with a smile Bar - Antonio Entertainment - Sofia, Bruna, David, Carmen, Grace, Pedro Reception- Emmanuel, Mariana, Basilio Coffee - Bela, Linda Spa - reception Restaurants- Natalia But all staff were very warm and welcoming. It felt to us that the staff were well respected and looked after by the Resort."

"This was possibly our best hotel experience ever. It was my husband's 50th birthday and management helped to make it truly special.The hotel room and facilities were stunning. The Cliff Bay is very well located, on a beautiful bay a few minutes walk away from the port area (I would recommend this distance away from the cruise ships). We enjoyed a couple of meals from room service (best burger ever...and we've tried many). On the opposite side of the scale, the Il Gallo D'Oro Michelin experience was extraordinary...food art and superb service. The hotel is in perfect condition and manages to be elegant and contemporary and yet have charm and feel warm. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and consider returning. An unforgettable stay."
