An oasis of peace in ancient Suquet,immersed in the greenery. With its lovely refreshing little swimming pool, a cosy garden, and its common areas (lounge, living, corridors,stairs) furnished in the style of a southern french mansion, you will really feel at home. Family managed, nice staff, comfortable rooms,i will come back for sure!

We booked this place at the last minute when our Airbnb didn’t work out and it was a real life saver. Great location, amazing staff, and a lovely little pool at the front. We would stay here again, especially to have their amazing breakfast in the morning!

Parking was not free!

This hotel was a great location for our visit. It was close to great dining, the waterfront etc. We also enjoyed a nice breakfast. The negatives; Hotels.com pulled up, through our filters, hotels that included free breakfast and free parking. Parking ended up costing us $15/night at the hotel and there were no more than 6-7 spaces. Very disappointing but we must blame Hotels.com for this error that ended up costing more than was promised. Going forward with my hotel bookings with Hotels.com, I will try to confirm with hotel what appears on Hotels.com site.

Preisleistung passt!

Unser Zimmer war die Suite mit einer eigenen großen Terrasse und einer tollen Aussicht. Sehr zentral gelegen, deshalb kann man sich über den Verkehr an der naheliegenden Hauptstraße nicht beschweren! Großer Vorteil, die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten / Restaurants und der Sandstrand sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Rückweg ins Hotel ist nur sehr erschwert, da das Hotel am steilen Hang liegt. Sehr freundlicher Familienbetrieb. Kommunikation auch in deutsch möglich

Charmant hôtel, personnel agréable

Charmant petit hôtel à proximité de la croisette. Le personnel tout entier est très agréable et n'hésite pas à vous conseiller pour des visites et/ou des bonnes idées restauration. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de place pour se garer mais un parking public payant se trouve à proximité (environ 100m) avec des tarifs très abordables. Lors d'un futur séjour à Cannes, je n'hésiterai pas à retourner dans cet établissement

Hotel un peu vieillot mais propre et entretenu. Seul point qui m'a vraiment dérangé : la salle de bain minuscule avec une cabine de douche tellement petite qu'on a du mal a y rentrer pour fermer la porte. Personnel très sympathique et avenant.

Hotel in Cannes

We were greeted by friendly staff upon our late arrival from the airport. We were able to park at the place hence the parking fee of $15 applied to us at checkout. The breakfast was not good for vegans as it was just carbs, meat, and cheese so we ate elsewhere. The pool looked inviting which was in front of the hotel but we only stayed for one night and didn't use it. It was closed at night. When we left there were a couple of families using it in the morning. The hotel is near some great walks which we took upon at night. This hotel is really nice for families with a car. WIFI was good.
