Lots of confusion during the check-in process. The agent who came to hand us the key, negatively talked too much about his previous customers. He said very inappropriate things about them and we really didn’t come on vacation to hear such things. During the checkout, he arrived much earlier that the time we agreed on. I asked him to kindly wait 10minute outside until we finish packing our stuff. He didn’t wait and kept using the door bell without interruption. We couldn’t focus on packing our stuff and checking if we would not forget anything in the apartment. We left with the assumption we lost an important key in there. And probably other stuff. He was very rude. He entered with bags and started moving our stuff to “clean up” while we were still there.
