The property is very nice and well located. However, it has an annoying co2 / fire monitor that went off day and night. I raised this with the owner twice and he failed to respond.

Great location in the heart of the historic town, yet calm and fresh.Perfect for a couple’s get away
The appartment is perfectly located in the old town, with lots of restaurants and bars around. 15 min walk from Cannes train station, 5 min from the beach. The studio is rather quiet for such a busy neighborhood and the AC was a saver in the summer heat of Cannes. Perfect for a couple. Cyril, the host is really nice, flexible and attentive to his guest needs. I highly recommend.

Great Location in old town
My husband and I came for a whirlwind biz trip to Cannes Flim - we were looking for a place in old town that was walking distance to the Palais des Festivals...this was about a 10 minute walk and down the old charming streets of old town. The flat looks exactly like the pictures represent. The bed we slept in is a Murphy bed and once it's pulled out it takes up the whole living room so it made it a bit hard to get around the flat but we are still youngISH so we are up for it - I wouldn't recommend this for elders as the room to walk is little once your luggage is out and you start 'living' here! For those of you traveling for business who spend little time in the flat - I'd recommend~! One thing I will note is that every morning starting at around 5am then 6am then 7am then 8am there are trash trucks and as you are staying in a bar area they recycle and unload a ton of bottles every morning . . . makes for a harsh wakeup if you were out at your film or event very late the night before. This was the only down side for us. The host was WONDERFUL and very communicative - everything was very clean - we loved it!

Le logement est parfait pour 4 personnes, très fonctionnel et très bien équipé. Il se situe dans une petite rue très animée : restaurants, bars, supermarchés, boutiques souvenirs, glaciers, et j'en passe. Le bâtiment d'en face étant vide, nous n'avions aucun vis à vis. Attention à la montée pour accéder au logement si vous êtes à pieds ça fait une bonne petite séance de sport. Il y a un kit main libre pour récupérer les clés, c'est beaucoup plus simple et sans stress. Les serviettes, les draps, les couvertures sont bien fournies. Je recommande !

Agréable séjour au cœur du Suquet
Le logement est très bien placé au cœur du Suquet, à deux pas du port, du palais des festivals, de la rue d'Antibes, du marché Forville et des restaurants, on peut tout faire à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé, très bonne literie, le lit escamotable est astucieux, il manque peut être un four, ou bien remplacer le micro-ondes par un micro-ondes grill. Pour garer la voiture nous avons opté pour le parking payant Suquet Forville en prenant un abonnement à la semaine. Le logement est un peu sombre mais c'est le lot des appartement de ville dans des ruelles typiques. Nous vous conseillons ce logement.

L'emplacement est idéal, tout est à disposition pour passer un bon moment. En plus le soleil était de la partie, donc on a pu se baigner. Vu l'époque c'était vraiment un grand bonheur. On reviendra avec joie.

Appartement très bien situé. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile. Petit bémol: des difficultés pour se garer. Nous avons dû nous garer dans un parking souterrain payant. Mais nous avons pu déplacer la voiture dans l’après midi pour une place non payante. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Dommage qu'il n'est eu personne à l'accueille lord de mon arrivé, même si le propriétaire me la proposer, dommage pas d'ascenseur problème pour monté ma valise. la vaisselle pas très propres, vues des cafards dans les placard, salle de bains petite, chauffage qui ne fonctionner pas, rencontré d'autre problèmes, lord de mon séjour porte d'entré bloqué.

On est arrivé dans un endroit bien situé et fonctionnel,ensuite ça se gâte... Problème le 1er soir avec un dis fonctionnement électrique,on a passé la 1ère nuit sans courant et la apparition de bestioles indésirables qu’on appelle cafards... Réactivité du propriétaire qui fait en sorte que le courant fonctionne et qu'une entreprise vienne pour éradiquer les bestioles le lendemain,il a fallu refaire les valises et attendre que le produit agisse...Il était convenu avec le gérant de nettoyer le sol dans la journée,c’est moi qui est passé un coup pour ne pas rester la nuit avec ce produit. Et ça n’a pas fonctionné (j’ai acheté des pièges)on appréhendait de rentrer dans l’appartement et d’en ramener dans les valises ! Certes il y a eu un geste commercial mais ça a gâché le séjour .

La rue du suquet est historique et magnfique. Très bon accueil, appartement très bien situé tout se trouve a côté (carrefour glace restaurent....) et à 5 minutes de plusieurs plages.

Die Wochnung war perfekt für Paar Tage Urlaub in Cannes.
Die lage von der Wochnung war perfekt. Zentral nicht weit von der Promenade und von dort aus konnte man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Nur wenn das Bett ausgezogen war konnte man nicht zu der Sofa sich durchquetschen. Aber für zwei Personen war es ausreichend.

Pour les stationnements, je regrette que vous n’ayez pas trouver d’emplacements gratuits, vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement à 300m, rue tambourinaires, rue du pré, rue hibert et d’une manière générale toutes les rues au dessus du pont des suisses (200m au nord de l’appartement). Je vais faire en sorte de laisser une information à ce sujet dans l’appartement. A bientot

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gut gelegenes Apartment. Super nah zum Strand und zur Altstadt. Die 2 Schlafsofas sind sehr bequem und sehr leicht auf und abzubauen , sodass sie im Laufe des Tages von eventuellem Sand nicht schmutzig werden. Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und unkomplizierte Absprache bezüglich der Ankunft und Abfahrt. Vielen Dank !

Fantástico apartamento para pasar unos días en familia
Hemos pasado una semana perfecta con mi marido y mi hija en este apartamento. El apartamento está tal cual como muestra las fotos. Tiene un sofá que se convierte en una cama muy cómoda de 160cm y otra cama abatible también de 160cm igual de cómoda. El apartamento está equipado perfectamente con todo lo necesario necesario como plancha o secador de pelo así como todo lo necesario en utensilios de cocina. Está situado en la parte más céntrica de la ciudad. La situación es perfecta, a 5 min hay un supermercado y a 5 min tambien está la playa . Está totalmente insonorizado y climatizado. Sin duda es un apartamento totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días en la ciudad. Christophe , el agente que nos recibió al llegar es un encanto. Estamos seguros que repetiremos.

Apartamento justo al lado del centro, si algún día volvemos a cannes volveriamos a este apartamento
No puedo más que decir cosas positivas, tanto del alojamiento, como de la ciudad y de christophe que fue quien nos recibió. El apartamento está en una calle con muchísimo encanto y con muchos restaurantes donde poder cenar. Lo mejor de todo, que aún habiendo mucho movimiento y gente por la calle en el apartamento no se oye ningún tipo de ruido ya que la insonorizacion es estupenda. A la hora de aparcar el coche no hay ningún problema ya que hay bastante sitio gratuito en la calle. También hay un supermercado a menos de 5 minutos andando por lo que está ubicado perfectamente.

Piccolo appartamentino nel cuore del centro storico di cannes
La posizione è ottima, vicino alla fermata dei bus e a pochi minuti dalle spiagge. Silenzioso nonostante la vicinanza ai locali. L’appartamento è piccolo ma è dotato di tutti i comfort (il bagno è veramente piccolo ma ci si fa l’abitudine). La pulizia è buona e il proprietario è stato anche disponibile a prolungare di una notte il soggiorno. Super consigliato per chi desidera passare qualche giorno a Cannes.

Unser Gesamteindruck ist gut 😊
Es ist ein schön eingerichtet Apartment,sauber und auch alles vorhanden sogar Kaffeepads. Es liegt zentral so dass man zu Fuß alles schnell erreichen kann.Was uns nicht gut gefallen hat ist zu einem dass man dort sehr schlecht parken kann, empfehlenswert ist es nicht mit dem Auto anzureisen und zu anderem liegt das Apartment direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße dem entsprechend ist dann auch ab 4 Uhr morgens die Lautstärke.

Hallo, danke für deine Nachricht. Persönlich komme ich immer mit dem Auto, und ich rate Ihnen, am Forville Parkplatz in 200m zu parken. Und wenn nicht, gibt es auch auf der Straße Tambourinaires. Entschuldigung, wenn es ein wenig Lärm gab, wir sind glücklich, auf der Seite der kleinen Sackgasse zu sein, die nicht lebhaft ist und leiser ist. Ich hoffe, wir sehen uns bald wieder

Nous avons adoré séjourner dans ce une pièce idéalement placé en centre ville mais donnant sur une rue calme, et super bien géré. Tout fonctionne , tout est propre, les lits sont très confortables et très grands... Séjour parfait avec un accueil aux petits oignons: gentillesse, ponctualité, et discrétion. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!
