DESCRIPTION

- A spacious and bright living space welcomes you with, on one side, a dining area with a table that sits four and the well equipped kitchen, and on the other side, the cozy/comfy lounge area where you can watch your favorite shows on the smart TV.

- The first bedroom: a master suite featuring an upscale king size bed (yes, it's good to be the King...), a large closet/dressing and a private full bathroom with shower and toilets.

- The second bedroom: furnished with two single beds and storage space.

- A separate shower room, as well as separate toilets, complete the floor plan.

- All the windows are double-pane, for maximum comfort and calm.

WHAT'S IN YOUR NECK OF THE WOODS

Centrally located within 200 meters from the iconic Palais des Festivals and the famous Croisette seafront, you will be able to reach other points of interests within a few more steps, such as a choice of top-rated restaurants (the New-York, Zoa Bar, L'Epicurieux, Fervor...), trendy or neighborhood cafes, and shopping opportunities for your daily needs.
The famous Rue d'Antibes, with its upscale boutiques, is only 100 meters away.
The train and bus stations are located 400 meters away, or about five minutes on foot.

GOOD TO KNOW

There is no dedicated parking on the property. Metered street parking is available around the neighborhood however it may be hard to find a spot. The closest underground public parking is at the Palais des Festivals which offers parking passes. Please let us know in advance if you need more information about booking one of those passes.
