The Garden Room is a self contained annex containing a spacious bedroom which combines comfort and style, featuring a comfortable double bed adorned with a textured throw in muted purple tones, adding a touch of rustic elegance. Adjoining the bedroom is a sleek, modern ensuite shower room, completing the space with convenience and sophistication. The Garden Room features a kitchenette and a small lounge area furnished with comfortable seating and a quaint dining space. This inviting setting is perfect for short breaks of can be booked alongside The Lodge, a 3 bedroom barn conversion, listed separately. Located just a short drive from the property is the new McArthur Glen Designer Outlet with eateries and shops including Nike, Tommy Hilfiger, Radley and plenty more for you to shop the latest discounts and deals. If you're more of an adventurous type, we recommend the hectares of natural beauty over at Cannock Chase, perhaps even head on over to Birches Valley to experience all the heights at Go Ape. This property is in a great location for the exploration of all that Cannock Chase has to offer, including walks and cycle trails.
RULES: Please note that all guests are kindly asked to forward their email address as soon as possible. All bookings require the lead booker of the party to electronically sign and return our company Terms & Conditions as well as completing a simple identification verification requiring government ID (Passport of driving license) and a selfie. As we have duty of care to all of our properties we are entitled to ensure the correct guests are staying in the property as well as asking all of our guests to pay a £100 refundable damage deposit which will be returned to our guests within 14 days of departure from the property.
