"If you want some quality Rest and Relaxation, I highly recommend booking now! My husband enjoyed fishing off the docks. (YES, the docks have lights for night fishing) He caught sea trout, lady fish, catfish, Mangrove Snapper, Sheephead and saw a lot of Snook. I enjoyed sitting on our balcony watching the dolphins play. Seriously, the place is super clean and Kathy was awesome with the communication. I will be spreading the word about this place!BOOK NOW!!!!!"

"The location of the property was good, near to everything (by car of course). We had a lovely view of the water, and even saw a pod of dolphins on more than one occasion. The Unit is quite lovely, very modern and well equipped. Good safety precautions to access both property and the Unit."

"Beautiful apartment that's right on the lagoon. We saw dolphins everyday and birds everywhere. The dolphin came all the way up to the dock in front of us. It came out of the water. You can see them perfect. It was quite a fun experience. The apartment was super clean. The bed was a dream so soft and it's adjustable. The bathroom was beautiful in the kitchen. Amazing. It was very comfortable and a great place to relax. Darin, the owner, was so very kind. Check in were so easy and we were close to a lot of restaurants and such. The only thing that was a little hard for me cuz I have a bit of a disability. Was going to the beaches in Marco Island tiger tail Beach. You have to a lagoon. There is a lot of good food close places that deliver. And also places that have music and nightlife. It was a fun place to stay at and I highly recommend it."

"condo had a great view of water pool area great with enough seating and pool was very clean and refreshing temperature hot tub clea but only ran for 5 min at a time so you had to keep getting out to turn back on condo was clean except top drawer had what looked like cat hairs in it the automatic coffee suppas good coffee but was in very old poor condition - would be nice to put in a new one they did offer Kurig which we did not use upon arrival we had to empty the dishwasher of the cleaned dishes we had a bit of difficulty with the entry code on door you had to pull door tight for it to unlock we also did not get an entry qr code for entering g the parking lot and had to call around to get in otherwise a beautiful area and great weather"

"very clean condo. able to walk to restaurants. quiet area. host always answered questions in a timely manner and gave very good suggestions for things to do and places to dine at on marco island. king bed in master and 2 queens in 2nd bedroom. everything needed for kitchen is supplied. beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and small soft cooler supplied. fully screened porch off master bedroom/living room with table and 4 chairs and bench storage. very very nice condo to stay at. highly recommend."
