"The rooms were clean, but small. Not a lot of room to move around in or open luggage in. Staff was friendly and helpful. The city center was within walking distance and great places to eat as well."

"Rooms are shabby all round but the curtains were falling of the rods, the windows were in a sad state and the bathtub was awful. My room looked directly onto an alley full of commercial garbage bins and a rooftop bar was directly across from the window. The tv remote had no back and was held together with duct tape."

"I had a breakdiwn on route to the hotel Tom was understanding and helped me despite arriving at almost 1am. He was welcoming and made every effort for me, I really appreciated his assistance in a stressful situation."

"Staff are excellent especially Neil on the reception desk. Pub across the road. City centre 10 minute walk. Room excellent too. Breakfast is also excellent aswell. Can't fault this hotel. "

"Picanha Steak was over cooked. Requested medium-rare but came out medium-well. Breakfast ok, the staff who “greeted” me at the desk didn’t seem interested un customer service. Room lovely however, had one of the renovated rooms. Clean, and well decorated "
