Our stay at Goss Hall was outstanding. Maggie, the owner, greeted us warmly upon arrival. The room was charming with lots of personal touches like tea/coffee/bottled water /biscuits/white robes. The room had a view of the fields and pond. The room was so bright and fresh in its decoration and absolutely spotless. Our breakfast was so delicious with fresh berries, a choice of multiple hot dishes, and pastries and yogurt. We loved everything about our stay. We plan to return again soon. Beautiful farmhouse with lovely views. We had a lovely stay at Goss Hall, which is about 4 miles from the historic town of Sandwich. Fantastic warm welcome from our host who arranged to book at table for dinner for us at the Kings Arms Hotel in Sandwich. This was a fantastic recommendation. Our room was huge with a separate en-suite bathroom with a roll top bath and patio doors onto a small terrace. A very peaceful room and space overlooking farmland and the Goss Hall duckpond and stream. The breakfast selection was brilliant and very very tasty. The portions are large and satisfying.

A beautiful property in a lovely location. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and a fabulous green woodpecker, which was quite close to our bedroom window) and kept us entertained. We will be back.

Staff were so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble - we hadn't booked taxis in advance to and from a wedding and Maggie managed to find us one at short notice. Great touches in the room such biscuits and bottled water. Rooms were big and light/airy. Such a lovely B&B in the middle of Kent. Will be returning for a longer stay next time.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with very nice utilities. There is lovely river with beautiful garden and peaceful scenes. If you want peace and relaxation this is a great place to retreat. The breakfast presented in a very inspired and well thought out presentation and tasted fantastic. The croissant tasted fresh and all the strawberry and berry fruits were sweet. " This is a place to be proud of.. ". We were met by Maggie who was a charming, happy welcoming person. The whole experience was relaxed and quiet it a great place to take a break away in the great countryside.

This is a lovely place to stay. We stayed in the coach house - which is separate from the main house (literally a 1 minute walk from it for breakfast) - and it was lovely. There was a seating area by the lake where we were able to enjoy a few glasses of Prosecco before going to dinner. I recommend it.

I thought that this property out shines its reviews. It is extremely friendly, relaxing and welcoming. It's old fashioned in the sense that it is a traditional B&B. No bar or eating establishment other than breakfast and that is why we booked it. To get fresh air, find a local pub for dinner and get the best nights sleep of our lives. I would go back just to wake up to that view and the breakfast.

Beautiful dog friendly B & B near Sandwich
We had a fantastic stay at Goss Hall with our labradoodle Baxter. The house is beautifully decorated and the grounds are enviable. Our room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We would absolutely recommend this B & B to anyone, but especially those looking to take their pups on holiday!

Great B&B. Maggie was so friendly and welcoming. The hotel is just gorgeous in a beautiful, quiet, relaxing location. It was just like home. The room we had was spacious and charming. We will definitely return for a longer stay.

Beautiful, peaceful location. Everything about Goss Hall is wonderful. The host was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions for evening dining. Room tastefully decorated with an extremely comfortable bed. Our room did not have an ensuite but had its own private bathroom/shower room just across the landing. Lovely white, soft bathrobes were provided for this short trip! Breakfast a real treat, especially the coffee. We would definitely return to Goss Hall.

Goss Hall Escape to the countryside
Chose Goss Hall after reading the reviews and googling the location (We wanted to explore Canterbury and Sandwich over the weekend) but found it far above my expectations on arrival, A really professional and pleasant crew, making for a chilled and restful experience, We brought our 4 month old young man with us and he was well catered for. Both my partner and I really liked the room and the views of the grounds from the Harlequin room. Well done Maggie, you looked after us very well we would love to return one day

Gorgeous, incredible, country B&B
Absolutely wonderful B&B (lap of luxury). Having read the rave reviews I was concerned it would not live up to expectations but it absolutely did. The house and grounds are stunning, the rooms are gorgeous and incredibly comfortable. Maggie is a perfect host and goes out of her way to accommodate your needs - she makes it seem so easy to do so you wonder how other places can get it so wrong. Highly recommended. Other bonuses: the location is blissfully quiet but superb for exploring all that Kent has to offer. Very near Sandwich which is beautiful and full of great places to eat. They are very dog friendly!

Lovely comfortable and clean bnb
We really enjoyed our stay at the bnb. It was very convenient for being able to drive to all the local coastal towns- sandwich, deal, Ramsgate etc. The room and bathroom were a great size and very clean. Only thing that could be improved is the breakfast- fresh croissants and more vegetarian options would have been great.

Our croissants are cooked fresh every morning, and we do offer a choice of omelettes. A cheese board is always available along side smoked salmon, and eggs cooked to your choice. We are always happy to receive constructive criticism as this does help us improve our service. What would you have liked to have seen on the menu? We do hope you will visit us again
