"Basic, functional, and really great room, on the small size but with a high ceiling and a sense of space and airiness. The room was very quiet and private, with great working electricity, plumbing, and AC, although the wifi was not that great. Lots of space, great lighting, very comfortable, although priced well above what it is worth, presumably due to the season. "

"Booked last minute on our trip to Assisi not really knowing about this gem, but turned out to be the best! Very friendly staff. The location is just the best if your planing a trip to Assisi. "The restaurant the room was attached to was good but it seemed like the owner as an afterthought decided to let out rooms. My room was small and shabby. The bathroom was just as tiny. The old satin machine-quilted bedcover had seen better days and its underside had rust stains. The mattress was old and somewhat lumpy.
