"We loved our stay, we checked in through an app. So we didn’t have to go to the front desk except when we got our parking pass to allow us to come in and out. The Lobby was beautiful. When we got to our room, we were impressed with the layout. They truly get families! We appreciated the kitchenette! A full fridge, microwave and stove top helped us save on food costs and any inconvenience of going out to find food. Our only thing we did not enjoy: 1. Waiting for the elevators. It could be up to 15 min wait each time. 2. The pull out couch bed was worn out and not comfortable. 3. The parking was a huge disappointment. There was no warning about the height of the pipes. So when I reversed into a spot, the pipes damaged the top of my vehicle. Also as the pipes were low, I had to pull out to open the back doors to take out luggage. Other than that, we highly recommend!"
