Search Bed and Breakfast in Canvey Island

"Rooms showing signs of wear and tear. Classic small amounts of mould in bathroom. As with all hotels now breakfast was extremely expensive even with discounted rate. Rooms lacking provision of drinking water. Hotel claims rooms are soundproofed as next to Brands Hatch Racing Circuit. Unfortunately not a proofed as expected! Room heating was not working - although small electric heater was supplied. Room was very dark with minimal lighting."

"There was very loud music in the room above us that lasted until 4 am and was shaking the walls , we then woke up at 6:45 am to the neighbours shouting. The walls where clearly very thin ."

"Felt a little in need or some refurbishment- stayed in a deluxe double room - mirror above bath was filthy Bathroom was old and in need of modernisation Used facilities but lots of children screaming in the pool - not the relaxation we planned for "

"Our floor was shut off so we had to go up a floor and then down the fire escape to get to our room! We had food in the hotel but the food took ages and our kids dessert came out after asking for it three times! In the room next door there was some much noise! Someone else had call security that came but instead of say that they heard them a came to see what was going on they told them someone had complained!! The guy in the room went mad and kept asking who complained!! My wife and children were in the room on their own at the time and felt unsafe. Overall it the worst stay I have ever had. When we left I did say to the receptionist who said that the manager my email me but I have heard nothing."
