"I was made to feel so welcome from the minute I arrived, until the minute I left. I was given a free upgrade on my room, and I have to say, the shower was superb. "Was upgraded from the studio to the 1 bed flat due to availability but the place was still nice, it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. My only complaint is at 1-2am there were people screaming outside and driving up and down the road, whilst that can’t be helped it would be nice if there was better sound proofing. Also your door handle to the front desk does not look like a door handle The metal looks like part of the wall."
