Charming villa on one floor featuring a private patio and garden, situated only 470mt from the beach. The property can accommodate up to six guests. It is composed of spacious living/dining room with two single sofa beds, an open plan fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. Equipped with a washing machine, and one uncovered parking space. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
