Great place to stay if you want to tour Venice without actually staying in the Lagoon. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. It's a really short walk to the train station (€1.50 to catch it) and was reasonably priced. There is a parking garage just down the street which was discounted for hotel guests. The buffet breakfast was average, and the train was a bit loud, but overall a nice place to stay.

Expedia says they have an airport shuttle. That is not true. They did not have a shuttle.
Expedia said we would receive a 10 euro voucher towards food/drink. That also was not true. Desk agent said he knew nothing about a voucher.

"This is the oldest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For a 4 star hotel, I expect the rooms to look like the renovated pictures but most of the rooms are very outdated and mold stains everywhere. Location was good though."
