This hotel kept our money and still hasn’t refunded us. We booked through Expedia and when we called to let them know that we were there to stay with them they said they didn’t have room for us , we’re trying to get our money back. They are not responding to us or to Expedia’s emails. All we want was a refund, terrible terrible customer service do not stay at this Hotel

The place is a beautiful old building that is kept so incredibly well. People actually stop just as they walk in front because they want to see the beauty of the place.
Our room was so well decorated that you felt that you were in another era, and all the amenities were amazingly beautiful. The stuff incredible they were so helpful and the breakfast delicious and well served. I will stay there again as they have their own pier and you can take your water bus to the taxi place or straight to the airport. They will also arrange pick up from the airport to the hotel.
