"Friendly staff greeted us immediately upon arrival and were helpful and kind throughout our stay. We included breakfast with our stay and they provided a very lovely spread each morning. The hotel is located right on the canal and is mere steps from the Tre Archi vaporetto stop making it incredibly convenient to get around Venice during your stay. We would absolutely recommend this hotel!"

"The building and decorations are fantastic, the cleaning team wa excellent, the reception team was too cold, I didn't feel welcomed by them. Perhaps was the language barrier. The room we stayed had fried oil and food smell all the time, but it was clean and the A/C was fantastic."

"Staff and facility was fantastic. It is one water bus stop from the train station. So when you get off the train, save yourself from trudging luggage over the bridge and grab the water bus - get a multi day ticket as it will be very useful. One downfall is it is next to the automobile bus terminal. If you room faces it, it can be loud and the people are heard thru the windows at all hours of the evening."
