"The hotel was a great location that was close to everything. The staff was amazing! There were stairs for sure but they had someone to help with bags. They even set us up with a tour to murano included in the cost. We had a room with a view of the Rialto bridge and I couldn’t have asked for a better view to wake up to in the morning."

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. The staff were very helpful with travel plans and gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area. The water boats were literally 2 minutes away to help I would definitely recommend the hotel."
