"This hotel was amazing. Victor helped us check in, and made this fast trip amazing. Gave us a map with iconic sites to visit, food recommendations, he even helped us plan our transportation back to the train station. Victor was the highlight of this trip and helped us enjoy our day in Venice. The roof top had amazing drinks. The room was elegant and clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel. You have a view to the iconic Rialto bridge from the hotel’s roof top, walking distance from the fish market, and next to the shopping area."

"The room had some issues. The shower head holder was broken and the shower door broke on my 2nd day. Getting from the front desk to the room was an adventure. A convoluted combination of goi g up an elevator, down halls, then down stairs, more halls then up stairs. I don’t mean for that to sound negative...I just think some people will want to keep that in mind when booking. For me it was part of the charm and i felt like I was staying in a very old building....again...that added to the charm. The location is fantastic. If (when) I go back this is the first place I will look at to stay."

"This property was absolutely perfect. As a solo traveler I was able to navigate easily from the water bus station to the hotel even after midnight from the airport to the hotel. Do note that is about an hour and half affordable bus ride(32euro round trip). The hotel location allowed for easy access to everything Rialto was about a 10 minute walk that you could get to multiple ways from the hotel. Which gets you to the grand canal and Santa Maria. Shopping is everywhere in all directions. Every morning having breakfast you're sitting right in a canal where people catch the gondola so your view is great! And across the bridge you're right in Piazza San Marco. The bar at the hotel was my favorite. Mike the bartender was absolutely a gem. The hotel rooms themselves are very traditional style Italian rooms so if you're looking for modern you're not gonna get that here you will get charm, clean and you will get kind friendly service with a traditional Italian flare. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would actually give it more stars if the system allowed me to"
