Functional two-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor featuring a spacious terrace that gives you access to a private fenced garden, only 350mt from the sea. It is composed of a living/dining room, and open plan kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds plus a bunk bed, and a complete bathroom with a shower box. It comes with a washing machine, and one uncovered parking spot. It can accommodate up to six guests, and the building offers a lovely shared outdoor pool. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
