Sono stata nell’hotel per lavoro. Ho potuto usare la palestra fornita dell’essenziale, ma a Caorle è già tanto, e della spa in solitaria. La spa molto carina. Il lettino idromassaggio stupendo. Averla potuta usare in solitaria ha reso il relax ancora piu assaporante.

Das Service Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen, sehr nett. Beim Zimmerservice (Putzkraft) war es etwas merkwürdig, da wir manchmal nur 1 gr. und 2 kl. Handtücher bekommen haben oder Mal nur 3 kleine, oder Mal 1 Bademantel und 1 gr. Handtuch also etwas komisch. In der Türkischen sauna gehen die Handbrausen nicht und bei der Sauna ob wohl diese bis 20 Uhr geöffnet ist wurde sie ab ca. 18 Uhr nicht mehr geheizt, und meiner Meinung nach ist der Spa kein Spielplatz für kleine Kinder die ins Becken springen und mit Taucherbrille Akrobatik im Schwimmbecken machen... Beachten es befindet sich eine Videokamera im Spa Bereich.

Am ersten Tag wurde unser Zimmer komplett vergessen sauber zu machen. Sonst jeden Tag war etwas dreckig unterm Bett, die Decken, der Balkon, die Dusche es wurde einfach nicht richtig gereinigt und als wir etwas gesagt haben war die Putzfrau super unfreundlich. Frühstück war lecker und auch sehr viel für Italien. Hier war das Personal super nett.

Das Zimmer für 4 Personen war ok aber doch mit 22m knapp. Ein Kleiderschrank ohne Fächer! Nur zum hängen mit 3 Mini Schubladen ist schon für 2 Personen zu wenig. Da kann man nur noch stapeln. Frühstück zwar großes Angebot aber typisch italienische „Qualität“. Es ist Hauptsaison, es war daher entsprechend voll.

Wir sind zwei Reisende aus Österreich. Aufgrund der Bilder bei denen das Hotel top modern wirkt und dem Fakt das das Hotel einen Provatstrand besitzt haben wir uns für dieses entschied. Im Hotel angekommen wurden wir relativ unfreundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass Buchungen über Expedia von Sonderleistungen wie zum Beispiel liegen am Strand ausgenommen sind. Dies war aber niergends ersichtlich! Ärgerlich da fehlen einem 10€ pro Tag mit denen man nicht geplant hat. Das Frühstück war auch relativ enttäuschend, auf den Bildern sieht man einen großen Balkon mit Meer Block usw aber eigentlich passen auf den Balkon beim Frühstück genau 4 Tische und die sind meistens besetzt. Der größte Teil dieser Terasse gehört dem Hotel nebenan. Die Qualität beim Frühstück war mangelhaft, es gab auch wenig Obst jeden Tag ein anderes frisches und sonst nur warme weiche Bananen und Äpfel! Von weichem Brot haben die auch noch nie was gehört, das Gebäck ist so hart, dass ich damit wen erschlagen könnte! Der Kaffee ist untrinkbar schmeck nach Milchpulver . Das beste am Frühstück sind die Pancakes, die sind allerdings gekauft. Das Frühstück ist bis 9:45 aber ab 9:00 gibts meistens nichts frisches mehr. Nur noch eine kleine Info für die, die glauben sie springen quasi aus dem Hotel ins Meer, dass geht nicht das Meer ist 150-200 Meter weit weg (vom Hotel zum Wasser). Die Zimmer sind schön und immer gereinigt worden, die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut! Danke fürs lesen hoffe ich konnte weiter helfen !

Das Hotel liegt perfekt am Strand, Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur am Hotelparkplatz, sonst gibt es in der Umgebung kaum freie Plätze. Das Personal war aber extrem hilfreich und zuvorkommend und hat einen Parkplatz für uns ermöglicht. Vielfältiges Frühstück

At arrival hotel refused to provide access to their parking area with the hotel reception staff stating it was full even though there were empty spaces clearly visible. At end of day we were able to access their parking but to my surprise even though the parking was advertised as free/part of hotel room payment during check out the hotel forced payment for each day stating that because we booked with expedia the parking was not free. The check-in staff was not very helpful when questions arose and became agitated when asked to explain the final bill. The hotel restaurant was disappointing as the food was mediocre. Hotel bar was average but does have a nice view of the beach and walkway. Another suprirse was that the beach chairs/umbrella were not included in hotel room price. On the up side, the hotel room was clean and well kept with the exception of the air unit which made a lot of noise during the night. The cleaning staff were very professional and should be praised. The beach area was nice. View from room was excellent. Overall Caorle is a nice area but you may want to research more hotels before making a decision about this one.

Das Hotel ist ganz schön, Zimmer sind gut! Leider war das Frühstück sehr schlecht. Auch den Service fand ich nur mittelmäßig. Ich hatte kurz nach der Anreise nach einem 2. Kissen gefragt, das wollte man mir zukommen lassen. Leider hat man das wohl vergessen. Grundsätzlich aber ein schöner Ort, um Urlaub zu machen.

Nice room but service could be better

We spent 3 nights in the hotel. The room was nice with a great view and a big shower. Check-in wasn't very nice : the lady did not explain anything, she took our IDs and driver's license and just put it behind her without an explanation, we had to tell her we were gonna need them to drive so she did her paperwork and gave them back to us. We enjoyed the 2 hour free bikes, but when we tried to go to the pool and the spa they were filthy : a plastic glove and a lot of leaves were floating in the pool, and there was a tissue in the spa. We didn't feel the service was worth 4star.

Non capisco come vengano attribuite le 4 stelle?!!! 4 stelle di cartone scarsa pulizia della struttura disorganizzazione nel attribuire gli ombrelloni e scarsa qualità della colazione

Pro: Hotel pulito e spazioso, comodissimo per andare in spiaggia. Contro: -Non risponde mai nessuno al telefono, ed abbiamo notato questo confrontandoci anche con altri ospiti. -L'hotel ha una spiaggia privata, i cui ombrelloni sono di continuo prenotati sovrapponendo le camere. Ci siamo trovati con altre persone che avevano il nostro stesso numero di ombrellone, ed abbiamo visto lo stesso accadere almeno ad una mezza dozzina di persone, causando disagio e tempo perso nel quale non godersi appieno la vacanza.
