Three-room apartment located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator and a shared outdoor swimming pool, just 420mt from the beach. It is formed of a living/dining room with a single sofa bed, a well equipped separate kitchen, a balcony, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, and a complete bathroom with shower. It comes with one uncovered parking spot and a washing machine. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Photos are generic and representative of the accommodation type (furniture, décor and colors may vary)
