In the district of Lido Altanea 4 km from the centre of Caorle, 1.5 km from the centre of Porto Santa Margherita, 75 km from the centre of Venezia, 500 m from the sea. For shared use: property 45'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool kidney-shaped (700 m2, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, hot tub, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, bistro, WiFi, shopping facilities, kiosk. Wohnung über der Bar

Die Wohnung war im gleichen Gebäudekomplex wie die Gastronomie besonders über einer Bar. In dieser Bar finden mehr mals die Woche Musikveranstaltungen statt die bis weit aus nach Mitternacht gehen. Ein Schlafen vor 1 Uhr undenkbar. Die Wohnung ist so hellhörig, das man alles mitbekommt was in den anderen Wohnungen passiert. In der Beschreibung stand nichts von den Gegebenheiten drin, sonst hätteb wir nicht gebucht. Eigentlich könnte man dem Verantwortlichen Betrug vorwerfen. Absichtliche Informationen verheimlicht

Netter Urlaub an der Adria

Es fehlten einige elementare Küchenutensilien. Keine Schüssel, kein Untersetzer, kein Schneidbrett,... Die Tisch in der Küche und auf dem Balkon waren sehr abgenutzt, bzw. aufgequollen. Bequeme Sitzmöbel auf dem Balkon (Liege oä.) wären toll gewesen. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht wirklich gekühlt. Die W-Lan Qualität ist nicht ausreichend. Ansonsten hat uns die Anlage gut gefallen.

Wohnung im Haupthaus nicht buchen!

Die Anlage inkl Pool und den kleinen Restaurants, Bäcker, Café und Spielhalle für Kids sind im Grunde super. Personal scheint immer leicht überfordert. Aber: nie im Haupthaus buchen. Das Schiebetor für Autos und auch die Durchgangstür in die Anlage sind direkt mit dem Haus verbunden und geben jedes Geräusch in die Wohnung darüber ab. Ich gehe davon aus, dass die Reihenhäuser toll sind. Betten extrem hart. Und in die Ecken sollten man halt nicht schauen.

Check in war leider um 19 Uhr... Früher war nicht möglich, zudem war der zugeteilte Parkplatz zu klein für unser Familienauto (haben die/den engsten Garagenstellplätze bekommen). Zimmer war OK. Die Ausstattung jedoch sehr mager. Keine decken vorhanden, die Kaffeemaschine war eine klassisch italienische zum aufkochen am Gasherd. Brett zum schneiden hat gefehlt. Geschirrspüler mussten wir mit Salz und klarspüler selbst nachfüllen. Die Lage war gut. Zu Fuß sind es ein paar Minuten zum Strand. Die Vergabe der Schirme und liegestühle war täglich und man bekam eine Nummer - jedoch stimmte die nicht weil diese doppelt vergeben wurde. Wir hatten nie die vergebene Nummer. Zum Glück gab es aber genug Auswahl am Strand. Die statd Caorle war mit dem auto gut erreichbar und sehenswert. Essengehen in der Stadt war sehr gut. Die eigene Pizzeria bei der Anlage war nicht gut und zudem unfreundlich. Desweiteren gab es beschwerden seitens von mehreren Urlaubern (auch wir) das nach der ruhezeit (23 Uhr) am Wochenende laute musik spielte.

Wohnung im Haupthaus nicht buchen!

Wir hatten leider kein Glück mit der Wohnung. Unter uns war das Tor für die Autos und die Fußgänger, so dass jeden Abend und jede Nacht ständig Lärm vorhanden war. Leider waren auch die Matratzen sehr hart. Die Kinder hatten keine getrennten Betten. Und extrem hellhörig alles. Das bezieht sich aber nur auf das Haupthaus. Die Reihenhäuser und Villen mögen entspannter gewesen sein. Die Dame an der Rezeption war nicht um eine Lösung bemüht. Der Pool und die kleinen Läden waren sehr gut. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war auch insgesamt gut, die Qualität allerdings nicht so. Speziell die Möbel.

Schöne Ferienwhg. mit sparsamer Küchenausstattung.

Schöne Ferienwhg, mit großer Terrasse und überdachten Autostellplatz und vorhandener Klimaanlage. Die Ferienwhg. liegt am Ortsrand und ist ein wenig vom Strand und Einkaufsmölichkeiten entfernt. Es gibt aber einen Minimarkt auf dem Gelände wo es auch frische Brötchen gibt .Die Küchen und Gläserausstattung könnte ein wenig üppiger sein. Die Whg. war in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand.

Schöner entspannter Aufenthalt

Die Anlage ist wie beschrieben in sich geschlossen, man hat einen eigenen Tiefgaragenstellplatz zu der Wohnung und die Wohnung ist gut gesichert. Die Wohnung war für 4 Personen sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Leider waren die Matratzen sehr durchgelesen und die Betten quetschen bei der geringsten Bewegung. Sehr nervig! Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung- ist aber fast weniger als "BASIC". Es gibt weder Schneidebrett, noch Schere. Nicht mal eine Nachtischleuchte - also entweder Licht ganz hell, oder stockfinster und man kann nichts sehen. Das wäre noch positiv zu erwähnen: Es gibt überall Fliegengitter und die Möglichkeit die Räume abzudunkeln. Die Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler funktionierten gut. Goßer Kühlschrank vorhanden. Unbedingt einen Eurostecker-Adapter mitnehmen! WLAN ging nur mäßig. Alles in allem eine gute Lage, kurze Wege zum Strand und nicht direkt im Trubel. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte besser sein. Es gab nicht mal einen Besen zum Fegen (Sand)...

Alles sehr sauber, alle Bediensteten sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnungen sind gut ausgestattet, mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Backofen mit Mikrowelle, alles top!
