The location of this property is amazing! Its literally a block from the beach, on a walking only street that has a LOT of great restaurants, cafes and shopping right there. We loved the convenience! The complex appears to have been built as a student type residence and is laid out in several buildings connected by outdoor aerial walkways. I imagine it could get noisy in the corridors, but it was quiet when we stayed there. We'd been switched from a 5-person apartment to 2 adjacent rooms without notification from the property, but were happy with the setup and with the warm welcome and...

"Pleasant and burden-free stay at City Sophia. The residence is quiet, clean and well-equipped. The staff is friendly and helpful, including before the arrival. No issues during the stay and quick departure process. A very good choice for students/researchers given the great rate offered at this time of the year and the numerous schools/labs nearby."

"I'd forgotten what I'd booked and was pleasantly surprised to find it was relatively large. For the same money I could have had a tiny room in old town. Older style converted building. We had 5 windows on 2 sides of the building, usable balcony, slightly too small twin room and small but practical kitchen/dining room. Kitchen had everything needed. On a main road, but no problems with traffic noise. Aircon virtually silent, although in late May, I only tried it once and wondered why I was cold!...

Arrived 11 am and was able to leave luggage in storage so able to make the most of our first day. "We had a great week at the Adagio Access in Nice with our two young boys. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach front, the tram stop, airport and supermarkets, making it an ideal location for our family trip. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some love and attention but we had all that we needed in terms of facilities and the beds etc were clean and comfortable. The evening receptionist, from Moscow, was incredibly friendly and helpful."
