Very comfortable beds good air conditioning and everything worked and was very clean .excellent location for the beach supermarkets bakery and a nice restaurant on the corner. Staff were helpful and excellent for public transport

This is a great location if you are coming in by train. The hosts were welcoming and speak English. Be prepared to carry your bags up stairs to your room (although the very helpful hosts offer to assist if needed). The rooms are clean, small. The shower is tiny, if you are large (or a normal sized man) it will be a problem. I would stay there again.

A comfortable and convenient stay.

Our apartment hotel room was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was ideal with the beach just across the road. Although it was a fairly long walk to Old Town, there were plenty of good restaurants in a buzzy area not too far away in Rue de France. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good sized balcony. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The only improvement I’d like to see would be the provision of chairs or loungers beside the pool. It’s an attractive area but underused for this reason. We would stay there again.

Good location. Couple of nice places to eat nearby. Has all the amenities such as a rubbish disposal room and water fountain. I did ask for 2 single beds (via the expedia app) a while before arriving but this wasnt responded to by the property. There is also supposed to be a room service after 7 days which was never done so we had to use the same bed sheets / towels etc for 12 days.

Ideal stay in Nice!

Lovely stay. Handy location close to the beach and a short tram ride from the airport. Very close to the promenade, supermarket and tram stop is a 2 minute walk from hotel. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave bags before our late night flight. The room had a fridge which was super handy.

Decent place at a good price

A basic clean room at a good price. Aircon, shower. Wifi all worked well. Located next to the tram stop with trams every few minutes to the city centre, airport and buses connections to Monaco and Cannes. Close to supermarkets and a nice cafe. Friendly staff who spoke good English. I’d go there again.

Cheap, cheerful and well located

We had a great week at the Adagio Access in Nice with our two young boys. The hotel is conveniently located across the road from the beach front, the tram stop, airport and supermarkets, making it an ideal location for our family trip. The hotel itself is tired and in need of some love and attention but we had all that we needed in terms of facilities and the beds etc were clean and comfortable. The evening receptionist, from Moscow, was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Good quality for the price, pleasant staff and great location. Within walking distance to the beach and promenade des Anglais. Tram to the city centre old Nice and the airport within 3 minutes walk from the property. You have 2 supermarkets close by if you plan to cook some meals during your stay. Room and bathroom were the cleanest I have been in all the Apart Hotel I've stayed in so far so thank you to the chamber maid(s) for that. However the corridors carpet and ambiance in general could use a make over and a good steam cleaning (for the carpet). Overall it was a pleasant stay and I'd definitely recommend it if you're on a budget but still want good comfort.

Location was good. Most staff was friendly. We booked a double bed but was given 2 singles. When asked about it, they didn't help and didn't give another room even when booked and said we would have to upgrade with additional charges. That was disappointing. We was staying for 4 nights so they could have moved us even if hotel was fully booked at the time. The shower room had a very bad smell. Room needs to be modernised even for a budget property

I had a great stay at this property in Nice! The place was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen stocked with pans and cooking utensils, which made it easy to cook meals. The sheets were fresh and clean. One thing to note: if you need extra towels, there’s an additional charge. The location is excellent — very walkable, with the tram, grocery store, and the beach just a block away. I would definitely stay here again!
