Very friendly and helpful staff. The location couldn’t be any better, few blocks from the beach and all the shops and restaurants and the main city square. Conveniently located 15 minutes walk from the Nice train station. The room was very nice and clean. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is ideally situated. The parking was underneath the hotel but could be a little cheaper. The breakfast was good. The rooms are spacious with all amenities.

Hotel is in a great location for about everything and is very walkable. Hotel room is larger than most rooms we’ve experienced in the past. Only drawback at the moment is the renovation occurring in the adjacent property which has construction noise during daytime hours. Otherwise the area is quiet. We would stay here again but would definitely prefer it after construction is completed.

We were lucky to get to check in to one room early, when my brother got an allergic reaction, but that did seem to mess with their system and I didn't get the last out of 3 rooms until an hour and a half after check in time. They also had a mixup and wanted me to pay for the city tax twice for 2 of the rooms. Standard it the rooms were a bit worn, but nothing was broken. All rooms had working aircon and fridges and the beds and bedding were nice. They do daily tidying of the rooms but my floor did not get cleaned during the week we stayed. The hotel is VERY centrally places and in walking distance to everything downtown. Both line 1 and line 2 of the tram, pluss bus 5 are just around the corner, so it makes it super easy to get around. It is still out of the restaurant and party zone, so very calm in the evenings. Hotel does have a pool and a sauna, but be aware there are no bathrooms in the pool area. The pool has to be booked for 1 hour time slots and the area fits about 6ish people at a time. We had pool cost included, but for those who don't the price is 10 EUR per person per hour, which we thought was a bit steap for what they are offering. Breakfast buffet was perfectly fine, but not the most interesting.

A really good 5 night stay. There was plenty of space in our double room and the bathroom was very modern in design. The location was really excellent and are glad we had the option of indoor pool and sauna.

Very nice hotel! Rooms were spacious and even though the elevators r small they ran well and there wasnt long waits! The city is so super gorgeous! We walked to most of our spots ans restaurants! Great night life and food 💖💖💖 also they got some good coffee/breakfeast spots around too
