"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a great location, the facilities are excellent, and the breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and efficient. I wasn't able to get an early check-in, but I completely understand that rooms may not be available. I arrived around 11:30 a.m. and waited until 2:00 p.m., taking the opportunity to enjoy a walk around the harbor. The only disappointment was the housekeeping service. Although I requested that my room be cleaned (and even went to the front desk to ask in person), when I returned from a party later that day, the bed had not been made. The towels had been replaced, but the room had not been properly serviced. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I would happily stay here again."

"Check in staff were not the best, I was looking for my room for 30mins only to be told I was in a separate building, then given the wrong keys and no apology. Kitchen was very tight but useable. Air conditioning was absolutely brilliant, check out staff were better as was the lady who gave me a late check out options. Didn't really use hotel facilities. Cleaners were available daily if needed."

Our daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday and we are planning to this as a yearly tradition as we love the hotel and the activities for kids The only thing that could improve is to the rooms a bit with smart tv etc and also make the dinner buffet a bit more tasty and not adapted for English tourist"
