"We absolutely loved our stay here. The view from the hotel is incredible, one of the highlights from our trip. It was also nice that this hotel shared a beach with just one other hotel - comparatively, the next beach over was way busier. We loved the staff, everyone was very friendly. "I arrived in a little bit of a mood because of some travel disruptions, but those frustrations melted away within minutes of arriving at Iberostar. The staff was unbelievably helpful. Very upbeat and friendly. Both pools were amazing, the room was perfect, and they seemed to be one of few hotels in Mallorca that actually had purified drinking water available to their guests for free. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the city center and the marina, where you’ll find many great restaurants and tapas bars. The hotel was very clean, and the nearby beach was absolutely beautiful, with crystal-clear turquoise water and soft white sand. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, my experience with the restaurant staff could have been improved. At times, they seemed less approachable and did not always provide clear explanations when we had questions. With a bit more attentiveness and communication, the dining experience could be greatly enhanced. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, and beautiful surroundings."

"We found the staff really helpful - happy to get us fresh sheets in the middle of the night when kids had an accident! The all inclusive was good value - yes some of the meals feel a bit repetitive after a few days but overall decent food. The local beach is underwhelming and harder to access but we were happy at the pool and it was the quieter side of the island - Alcudia and Soller seemed way more touristy and expensive! But it was an hour drive back to Palma so a hire car is essential. Decor a bit dated but clean"
