"Great location. Walking distance to a nice beach with plenty of shallow water for a swim or a walk in pine forest or for an ice cream or pizza or meal out. The villa itself was very comfortable for us as a couple with 3 grown kids. It is well maintained with great AC in every room, comfy beds, gorgeous pool and stunning view. I particularly enjoyed spotting migrating birds above the field next to the villa and a row of pine trees nearby and spotting lizards in the garden. Well stocked supermarkets and local market just a few minutes drive away in Budoni but it was nice to be based at the quieter end of the beach."

"Pretty villa with incredible views across the bay of Budoni and inland hills & mountainsWell maintained and clean property with well stocked kitchenExcellent WiFi connectionIt was incredibly hot during our summer stay so the air con, pool and large fridge freezer were essentialAmenities near by on foot include a Spar, pharmacy, beach and a couple of restaurants otherwise a car is needed to explore further a fieldPerfect location for pure relaxation"

"Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Pool ist toll. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die schönen Strände an der Ostküste abzufahren.Sehr positiv: Nach einer Nacht auf der Fähre durften wir früher in die Unterkunft."

"Sehr schönes, freistehendes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit großem Grundstück. Die überdachte Veranda, der Grillplatz und die Outdoor-Küche laden zum Entspannen ein. Zwei separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und ein gemütlicher Wohn-/Küchenbereich bieten viel Platz. Die Grundausstattung ist gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top.Kleiner Tipp: Die Klimaanlage im Eingangsbereich muss eingeschaltet sein, damit die im Hauptschlafzimmer funktioniert.Die Lage ist ideal, um die wunderschönen Strände im Nordosten Sardiniens zu erkunden. Der Strand von Posada (ca. 15 Minuten mit Auto entfernt) ist besonders empfehlenswert, und der EuroSpin in Budoni ist perfekt für den Einkauf.Wir können die Unterkunft definitiv weiterempfehlen!"

"Der Check in war absolut problemlos. Wir wurden sehr nett aufgenommen und alles wurde erklärt/ gezeigt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei Fragen.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Der Strand ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Straße ist etwas laut morgens aber noch in Ordnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt) ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Strand gibt es eine kleine Bar mit sehr netter Bedienung und günstige Preise. Der Strand ist mega schön.Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer und schöner Urlaub."
