"Great location. Walking distance to a nice beach with plenty of shallow water for a swim or a walk in pine forest or for an ice cream or pizza or meal out. The villa itself was very comfortable for us as a couple with 3 grown kids. It is well maintained with great AC in every room, comfy beds, gorgeous pool and stunning view. I particularly enjoyed spotting migrating birds above the field next to the villa and a row of pine trees nearby and spotting lizards in the garden. Well stocked supermarkets and local market just a few minutes drive away in Budoni but it was nice to be based at the quieter end of the beach."

"Pretty villa with incredible views across the bay of Budoni and inland hills & mountainsWell maintained and clean property with well stocked kitchenExcellent WiFi connectionIt was incredibly hot during our summer stay so the air con, pool and large fridge freezer were essentialAmenities near by on foot include a Spar, pharmacy, beach and a couple of restaurants otherwise a car is needed to explore further a fieldPerfect location for pure relaxation"

"Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Budoni und das Haus mit dem tollen Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ein Supermarkt und ein leckere, sehr kinderfreundliches Restaurant sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!"

"Lovely villa with a stunning pool. Situated within easy reach of restaurants, grocery shops, bars and the beach but within a private estate, the accommodation is well equipped with everything you could need. Air conditioned rooms provide perfect comfort from the heat and the pool gives an ideal way to cool outside. The kitchen and outdoor dining provide a fantastic way to enjoy the local produce, the only thing possibly missing is a barbecue, but I assume this is a local restriction. Couldn’t fault anything otherwise and we enjoyed a lovely week here. Highly recommended."

"Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub mit 4 Personen in dem schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Von hier aus liesen sich die schönen Strände Sardiniens erkunden. Auch haben wir die abendlichen Märkte in Burdoni und St. Teodoro genossen.Das Ferienhaus hat eine gute Lage und man ist mit dem Auto schnell am Strand. Bis nach Olbia sind es circa 30-35min. Im Stadtteil Tanaunella, gibt es einen kleinen Spar für das Nötigste, ansonsten kann man in Burdoni die Großeinkäufe erledigen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Antonietta ist war sehr nett, wir konnten bei der Anreise schon Vormittags ins Haus, statt erst um 16Uhr, auch war sie sehr hilfsbereit als wir mit der Waschmaschine Probleme hatten.Das Haus hat eine tolle Terasse mit tollen Blick ins Weite, dank der Klimaanlage lässt es sich hier auch im Hochsommer gut aushalten. Wir waren im Juli dort und haben aufgrund der Temperaturen 35-40 Grad vor allem das Meer und den Strand genossen."

"This was a great vacation property, exactly as described. The soccer field a few steps away was exciting for our kids, who played for hours with the other children in the neighbourhood. The pool and garden were gorgeous! We were very pleased with this rental and its location."
