Welcome to your sunny second-floor beach cottage in beautiful Cape Canaveral! This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath retreat is tucked into a quiet, three-unit property just over a block from the beach—an ideal spot for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a relaxed coastal getaway. Guests enjoy access to a private pool reserved only for the cottages and house on the property, plus a grill area, recreation space, and a shared laundry room stocked with supplies.

Inside, you'll find a bright and beachy space designed for comfort and ease. The bedroom features a queen-size memory foam bed, a protective topper, and soft, cotton-spun linens. The living room includes a futon for extra sleeping space, and extra bedding is provided. The bathroom is newly updated with a stand-up shower, a charming seashell pedestal sink, and custom shelving. We provide plenty of towels for both beach days and bath time.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials—including a drip coffee maker and cooking tools—so you can easily enjoy meals at home. We also supply linens, cleaning products, and starter paper goods. To help you settle in, we provide hospitality-sized soaps and basic items to get you started. Additional supplies can be found in the complimentary guest storage area if needed during your stay.

Your stay also includes one reserved parking space, DirecTV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Head downstairs to enjoy the peaceful outdoor amenities, including the private pool, grills (gas and charcoal), and a guest-only laundry room with two brand-new washers and dryers (2023), along with laundry supplies provided for your convenience. It’s like staying at a bed and breakfast—only you make breakfast your way!

This cottage is located in a peaceful beachside neighborhood, and the beach is just a short walk away. If you prefer to drive, there’s free parking at the public beach access at the end of the street. You’re within minutes of the Cocoa Beach Pier, Port Canaveral, and Kennedy Space Center. Head south to explore the Brevard Zoo or enjoy cultural spots in the Melbourne area. There's plenty to do—whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation.

While there’s quite a bit to see within walking distance, we recommend a car to make the most of your trip. If you’re not driving, local cabs, Uber, and the Space Coast Area Transit bus (just a few blocks away on A1A) are great alternatives.

We love dogs and welcome up to two well-behaved pups under 60 lbs each (give or take a few pounds!). A pet fee applies to help us maintain a clean space. Dogs must be house-trained, fully vaccinated, treated for fleas/ticks, and well-behaved. Please keep pups off furniture and out of the pool, rinse sandy paws before entering, and leash them in common areas. Local ordinances prohibit dogs on the beach during lifeguard hours unless they are service animals, but early morning and evening strolls are a favorite with locals.

Guests are asked to place all trash in the bins on the south side of the building. Trash pickup is on Tuesdays and Fridays early in the morning—helping get bins to the curb keeps everything safe and tidy. Please notify us if anything breaks or needs attention before you leave so we can address it without issue. Only flush the provided (Charmin) toilet paper—no wipes (even if labeled flushable), grease, hair, or anything else. Guests are responsible for any plumbing repairs due to improper flushing.

The grill should be cleaned after use, including emptying and replacing the grease tray with a new one from the storage area so the next guest can enjoy it too.

Pool and common area guidelines are in place to keep things fun, safe, and family-friendly:

No parties or excessive guest gatherings
No grilling inside the pool area
No running or jumping into the pool
