- This outstanding property has been totally renovated. Views of the Banana River are panoramic and dock has two kayaks. Kitchen has granite counter tops, new cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Location is near Cocoa Pier and several great shops and restaurants are walking distance. Orlando attractions are only sixty miles west so day trips are easy. Watch space launches while enjoying warm breezes in back yard. You can catch fish from dock or rent a boat to explore Banana and Indian rivers. Beach access is only a couple of blocks from home.

Return Home For Family Member Departure
Our purpose was not ALL pleasure, since we were there to attend the funeral of my wife’s’ Sister in Rockledge. Less than 15 minutes away, we were able to assist with arrangements, return to a beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and peaceful retreat, that allowed us to retreat, regroup, grieve, and celebrate at location that offered a beautiful, sunrise, fishing, kayaking, and enjoyment of nature. We had visits from Dolphins on a couple of days, and even witnessed a live launch of a rocket from nearby Cape Canaveral. We. Really appreciated the use of the WIFI and Printer that came in handy for the small amount of business we needed to conduct. We believe we got lucky funding this location on such short notice, and believe all went perfect!

Absolutely beautiful!! The house was very roomy and seven of us did not feel cramped. The pool and the hot tub was great!! The view was breathtaking! We couldn’t have picked a better house or location. We fell in love with the house and the town! I can’t wait to rent it for our next family vacation

Very Fun house and amenities
We spent time enjoying the wildlife on the dock and kayaks that were included. Pool was awesome! House has everything you need, but could use an icemaker. That being said there were so many extras provided, it was a great vaca!
