Escape to your private Oasis in sunny Florida! This newly remodeled private home, a fully licensed Florida resort property, has a fenced yard that faces the Atlantic Ocean and is steps from the beach. Stay in roomy comfort minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier and 1.5 miles from the Port Canaveral Cruise Ship Terminals and casino action! Only 35 minutes to the Orlando International Airport, this oceanview townhome has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths in over 1400 square feet of living space on the closest beach to Orlando and the theme parks. The home is fully furnished including beach chairs, coolers, beach mats, and sand toys for the kids! After your day in Orlando or lounging on the beach, come back and enjoy a relaxing soak in the 4-person hot tub. You'll find cable TV/DVD players in all bedrooms, wireless Internet, stereo, and flat screen in the living room. One car garage with additional parking available. House Description: Seaside Oasis has 1K and 2Q beds with 2 bathrooms and includes a full size washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, and garbage disposal. All utensils, silverware, dishes, pots/pans are also included as well as a blender, coffee maker, toaster, can opener, and cork screw. All linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are also supplied. Seaside Escape is fully furnished for children with a high chair, Pac-N-Play, and stair gates. Wireless Internet is available for guests and full cable TV can be found in the living room and all bedrooms. The yard is fully fenced and many beach toys are supplied for your use. There is a small second floor balcony overlooking the tropically landscaped yard off the upstairs queen bedroom. A gas BarBQ grill can be found on the back deck as well as a 4-person hot tub. We are fully licensed by the State of Florida and accept credit card for your protection!

Surrounding Area: The surrounding area includes many activities such as Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal, casino ships, and, of course, the beach about 600 feet away. Go-kart tracks and mini-golf courses are only blocks away from the house and cruise ship terminals are less than 2 miles away. Great seafood restaurants and dining are close-by and fresh seafood markets are only minutes away so that you may create your own seafood feast at the house.

Loved our stay here, great location central to everything and literally just a 2 block watch to beach access. Hosts were very pleasant and communicative, even offered an additional night free of charge when our booking was affected with the storm in October.

Relaxing stay

This property provided a great stay. Everything was as described and had many nice little touches that added to the experience. The owners were great with communication and nice to talk to. The location was great to step out of the end of the driveway and see rocket launches.

PERFECT !!!

Excellent property!!! Walking distance to the beach , all beach “ equipment supplied!!” , 10-15 minute drive to anywhere in the Cocoa Beach area !! Restaurant ideas and pizza places were recommended by the owners , Fantastic friendly communication with the property owners, quiet neighborhood , I can’t say enough great things about this property! We will use this property again next year when we come for a longer stay !!!

Home Away From Home

We loved staying at this property. It’s the perfect spot for a few nights or a couple of weeks. Very clean with comfy furniture and the grill & hot tubs both worked like a charm. I rode one of the bikes to the beach on day one, took less than 3 minutes. Will definitely stay again. The hosts were super responsive and very easy to talk to.

This place was so nice! It made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in the door! Perfect walking distance to the beach and we just loved the supply of beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs provided for our use! The owners were very nice and helpful and we would definitely pick a rental house from them every time we needed one :) thank you for letting us use your home. Hope it was left exactly how it was before arrival :)

Cozy

This home was amazing! It was clean, cozy, beautiful and had literally everything that we needed for the beach including clean beach towels. There was an entire selection of board games, condiments in the fridge, paper plates in the cabinets, laundry detergent, a grill out back, etc. We will stay here again in a heartbeat! My boys enjoyed the hot tub-the only thing they wish it had was a pool. However, there was a nice hose area where you could hose off the sand from the beach before you would walk into the house. Fantastic property and even more fantastic price! Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Total Gem!!!

We were so pleased with our stay in this adorable home. Very well-kept and updated. there are two bedrooms upstairs so we put the boys upstairs and we stayed on the main floor. It was very close to the beach, so we walked there every night. The location is very central to what we wanted to do while there. One day there were Peacocks everywhere. We walked around the corner to look at them and a neighbor gave us a bag of popcorn to feed them. I can't say enough about the property owners, the property itself, and the neighborhood. our favorite restaurant was Coconuts on the Beach. Ask for Justin the server. He was Amazing!

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at this home! The hosts were very helpful with the information left at the house and answered any additional questions we had. The home itself was beautiful and very clean and spacious. They also supplied lots of supplies for the beach for guest use which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay again!
